What's in it

It explains how to enter the machine monitor service menu and delete the electrical system abnormality record, so you start with a clean fault history. Then it covers selecting the options fitted to the machine.

The adjustments follow in order. First the work equipment controller boom angle, then the EPC lever detent position and EPC starting current, and finally the bucket positioner and the rear-view monitor guide line position.

If these steps are skipped, the loader will run but the boom kickout, the positioner and the lever feel won't be right, and the camera lines won't match the machine. Dealer technicians use it at handover, and it's useful after replacing a controller or a sensor.

Good to know

Work through the adjustments in the order the guide gives them, because some settings depend on the ones before. Have the machine warmed up, parked on level ground and with the work equipment able to move through its full range. Write down each value you set, so you have a record for the next service or if a controller is ever replaced.
