VEBM610101, also numbered SEN03822-01, is the shop manual for the WA250-6 and the parallel-lift WA250PZ-6. Both have the SAA6D107E-1 engine.

Fits

WA250-6 and WA250PZ-6, with serial starts of 75001, 75160 and H00051. The earlier WA250PZ-5 uses VEBM945100, which we also stock.

What's in it

Section 10 covers structure, function and maintenance standards for the engine and cooling, HST power train, axles and differentials, steering (Orbit-roll and emergency steering), brakes, hydraulics, work equipment, cab and electrical. Section 20 is the standard value table and section 30 covers testing and adjusting.

Section 40 starts with the failure code table and fuse locations, then the E, H and S mode troubleshooting. Section 50 covers disassembly and assembly, and section 90 has the circuit diagrams.

The WA250-6 is a popular general-purpose loader, and a lot of them are now in second-hand fleets. It's a good book for owners and independent shops taking over service from a dealer.
