SEN05663-00 is a short 2011 supplement for wheel loaders fitted with the optional emergency engine shutdown switch. It covers eight -6 models.
WA200PZ-6 from 70001, WA250PZ-6 from 75001, WA320PZ-6 from 70001, WA380-6 from 65001, WA430-6 from 65001, WA470-6 from 90001, WA480-6 from 90001 and WA500-6 from 55001.
The first section explains the emergency engine shutdown switch: where it's fitted, how it's wired and how it works. The rest of the book is the full electrical circuit diagrams for the machines with the switch, in three groups: WA200PZ to WA320PZ, WA380 to WA480, and WA500-6.
Because the switch changes the wiring, the standard diagrams in the base manual won't match exactly. If you're tracing a no-start or a shutdown fault on a machine with this option, these are the drawings you need.
It's mainly for dealer and fleet electricians. Quarry and industrial sites often specify this option, so it's worth having if you run several of these loaders.
Supplements are short because they only hold what changed. That makes them quick to use: find the system you're working on, check whether this book covers it, and if it does, use these figures in place of the base manual's. Keep the two books together so nobody works from the wrong one.
