What's in it

It starts with the assembly procedure, equipment, schedule, packing style and tools. Then come the left and right track frames, the travel piping and the track frame gauge extension. Next are the FOPS, handrails, steps, muffler, counterweight, antenna and cab light.

After the track tension and oil and water checks, the work equipment goes on: boom, arm and cylinders, with the hoses, greasing lines and wiring. The book finishes with cylinder air bleeding, a return filter change and hydraulic flushing.
