What's in it

Section 20 covers testing and adjustment, with the standard values, pressure checks, adjustments and troubleshooting.

Section 30 covers disassembly and assembly. Section 40 is the maintenance standards with wear limits, and section 99 has metric conversions, which suits the US market it was written for.

These are old machines, and good manuals for them aren't easy to find. Owners keeping one working will use it for hydraulic and swing repairs and for checking undercarriage wear.

That order saves money, because a reading that's close to spec usually points somewhere other than the part you suspected first.
