GEN00098-01 is the field assembly guide for the D375A-6R. It's similar in scope to the D375A-6 guides but written for the R version.

What's in it

It covers specs, safety, kit layout, tools and torques first. Then comes the chassis and undercarriage with the recoil and pivot chamber oil. The air inlet hood, pre-cleaner, exhaust and blade lift cylinders follow, then the ripper, tracks, and blade assembly and installation. The operator's cab, rear camera and extra cab lights come next. The final checks and adjustments close the book.

It's the reference for dealer crews and mine contractors assembling a new or relocated machine, so the dozer goes to work set up the way Komatsu intended.

Table of contents

  • Ripper, tracks, blade assembly and installation
  • Operator's cab, rear camera and extra cab lights

Good to know

Read the whole guide before the machine arrives. It tells you how much room you need, what cranes and slings to have ready and which parts come separately, so nothing holds the crew up on the day. Then work through the steps in the order Komatsu gives them, and keep the torque values and fluid specs to hand as you go.

Before you buy

This is an assembly guide, not a repair manual. For troubleshooting and overhaul you'll want the machine's shop manual as well.
