Some D375A-5 dozers were built for radio remote control, for work where it isn't safe to have an operator in the cab. SEBM028901 is the 2002 manual for that specification.
D375A-5 radio-control specification from serial 18001. The base machine manual is SEBM023503.
It covers the radio control unit, the radio control system and the PPC valve. Testing and adjusting includes the bit display codes. The troubleshooting chapter is set out by service code (the EA series), covering the power supply, relays, beacons and lever input ranges.
There's also a section on removing and fitting the ROPS guard, and the hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams for the radio-control machine.
Remote-control dozers are used where it isn't safe to put an operator on the machine. When the radio system faults, the machine stops working, and this book has the fault tree to sort it out. It's a specialist manual for a specialist machine.
