What's in it

After the general specs and fluids, section 10 covers structure and function for the power train, torque converter, transmission, steering, brakes, final drive, undercarriage, hydraulics, blade, ripper and electrical. Section 20 gives the standard values, pressure checks, adjustments and troubleshooting.

Section 30 covers disassembly and assembly of the main components. Section 40 is the maintenance standards, with wear limits for each part, and section 90 has the circuit diagrams.

D375s spend their lives in mines and big quarries, ripping and pushing. Final drives, undercarriage and ripper parts wear quickly, and the wear limits in section 40 help with planning rebuilds. Engine overhaul is in the separate engine shop manual.
