Komatsu-iBlade is a factory specification for the D155AX-5 with its own blade control equipment and wiring. SEBM038800 is the short 2005 supplement for that equipment.
D155AX-5 with the Komatsu-iBlade Specification, from serial 76001. For the rest of the machine, use shop manual SEBM034806.
It starts with the specification drawing for the U-tilt, semi-U tilt and full U-tilt dozers. Then the work equipment control and the PPC valve. There's a section on removing and fitting the ROPS guard, and it ends with the hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams for the iBlade spec.
At 15 pages it's very focused. You won't need it for a standard D155AX-5, but on an iBlade machine the control and wiring are different, and the base manual's diagrams won't match.
Grading contractors and dealer techs working on these dozers will find the circuit diagrams the most useful part.
Keep this book with the base shop manual and use it first whenever you're working on the parts it covers. Where the two disagree on a figure or a procedure, this book is the one that applies to your machine. For everything else, the base manual is still the reference. A supplement like this is easy to overlook, which is why figures from the standard machine sometimes end up being used on a special version. If your machine has the equipment covered here, check these pages before you test or adjust anything in that area, then go back to the base manual for the rest.
