Most WA250-3s have changed hands a few times, and many now get serviced by their owners. Transmission clutch packs, brakes, steering and bucket linkage wear are the usual jobs, and this book has the factory values for each.

Good to know

A tip from shops that use these books every day: read the structure and function pages for a system before you start testing it. Knowing how the valves and circuits are meant to work makes the test results much easier to read. The standard values then tell you whether a reading is normal, borderline or out of spec, and the wear limits decide whether a part goes back in.
