What this manual covers

The general section covers specs, predelivery and after-sale service, tune-up and adjustment, and lubrication. The engine section covers diagnosing malfunctions, cylinder head and valve train, block, liners and pistons, and crankshaft and main bearings. The power train section is the largest: engine disconnect clutch, transfer drive, power shift transmission, differential and differential control valve, final drive, with its own specs and special tools group. The last section covers the power steering valve, brake valve, brake cylinders and disks, and the parking brake. It's the reference for a shop or owner keeping one of these graders working on roads, sites or farm lanes. The power train coverage is particularly useful, since transmission and final drive work is where the big repair bills are on a grader.
