The 9030 Series are big articulated tractors, and TM2267 is the repair manual for the whole line. It covers the frame hinge these tractors steer on, both transmissions and both axle designs, so it has what you need for the heavy jobs whichever way your tractor was built.

Fits

John Deere 9230, 9330, 9430, 9530 and 9630 4WD tractors with 18-speed Power Shift or Mechanical Shift Transmission (MST), and standard or double-reduction axles. Manual dated 25JAN12.

What this manual covers

Sections cover general info and engine repair, diesel fuel, air and exhaust with oil coolers, electrical and monitoring, and the 18-speed Power Shift in and out of the tractor. The MST is broken down by filter and relief valve housing, control valve housing, pump, front cover, Hi-Lo clutch and brake, Hi-Lo planetary, traction clutch and gear drives. Drive systems cover the engine coupler, drive shafts, PTO clutch and drop box. Both axle types get input housing, differential, final drive and brakes. Steering includes secondary steering for Western European tractors. Hydraulics covers early and CAN-controlled hitch valves. The operator station covers HVAC, air seat and ACTIVE SEAT, and Section 95 covers the hinge and gudgeon.
