TM400719 is the diagnostic manual for the North American 6030 tractors and the smaller 7030s. It works controller by controller, then system by system, and includes wiring diagrams, so you can trace a fault to a wire or connector instead of guessing.

What this manual covers

It covers general references, trouble codes for the BCU, ECU, EPC and PRC, and observable symptoms for electronics, SyncroPlus, PowrReverser and PowrQuad transmissions, drive train, steering and brakes, hydraulics and the cab. System diagnostics cover electronics, PowrQuad and hydraulics. Then engine checks, fuel, intake and cooling with cold-start aids, and the electrical system from starting and charging through instruments, lighting, climate control and accessory circuits. Some diagrams list EAME harness numbers too, since the engineering is shared.
