What this manual covers

Sections cover safety, specifications and predelivery, engine removal and installation, fuel, intake, cooling and exhaust with speed control and cold-weather aids, and electrical with connectors and charging and starting circuits. An ECU section explains removing control units and checking the terminating resistors. The transmission sections are SyncroPlus with Perma Clutch II, PowrReverser with its reverser module, and PowrQuad with creeper and range units. Drive train covers the U-joint shaft, torsion damper, front-wheel drive clutch and differential. Hydraulics covers the filter, charge pump and main pump, and a miscellaneous section covers the Triple Link Suspension (TLS) front axle.
