What this manual covers

The general section covers specs, predelivery, tune-up and lubrication. The engine section covers diagnosis, cylinder head and valve train, block, liners, pistons and rods, and crankshaft, main bearings and flywheel. The power train section has separate groups for the Perma-Clutch, Creeper, Syncro-Range, Quad-Range and Power Shift transmissions, plus differential, final drive, Hi-Crop final drive, PTO for Perma-Clutch and Power Shift tractors, and power front-wheel drive. Steering and brakes, electrical and dimensions are also covered. It's the reference for jobs like a clutch or transmission rebuild, final drive work or an engine overhaul. Each transmission has its own group, so you aren't following a procedure meant for a different gearbox.
